Your training begins with a comprehensive fitness assessment. You will participate in a physical functional movement screening test where the trainer will evaluate your ability to perform a series of movements to help identify any limited or altered movement patterns. By performing this, your trainer can quickly ascertain any potential risk of injury which may have gone undetected in conventional training.

You will then embark on a fun filled group training program which you will be assessed every two weeks.  Group classes consist of weight training, cardio and functional exercises in a highly energize environment, upbeat music and inspiring instructors. Exercises and routines will vary from week to week, this includes indoor and outdoor components.
